Herborner License Terms (EULA) — Summary

This software is proprietary. It may be used only under the Herborner license
terms (EULA) that apply to the order. The full terms (German) are shipped with
the software as EULA.md; data transfer to Herborner cloud services and remote
maintenance are governed by TOS.md. Container images contain both files in
/licenses. Without such a license you may not use, copy, modify, distribute,
host, or create derivative works based on this software, except as permitted
by law.

Third-party components bundled with this software are licensed under their
respective licenses. See NOTICE and THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md (container images:
/licenses) for details, including the offer to provide the source code of
copyleft components.
